Wallet Information. When you connect your blockchain wallet to the Platform, we collect your public wallet address. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

Reports and Communications. If you report an application, website, or other content on the Platform, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide in your report or communication, which may include your IP address and client/device information at the time of the report.
User-Generated Content. If you create tokens, applications, or other content on the Platform, we collect the information associated with that content.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Device and Browser Information. We may collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Platform, including device type, operating system, browser type, and browser version.
Log Data. Our servers may automatically record information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to the Platform.
Blockchain Data. We may collect and analyze publicly available blockchain data related to your wallet address and transactions on the Platform. This information is publicly available on the blockchain and is not private.

We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
Blockchain Networks and RPC Providers. We use third-party RPC (Remote Procedure Call) providers, such as QuickNode, to interact with blockchain networks. These providers may have access to your wallet address and transaction data.
Wallet and Authentication Providers. We use Privy to facilitate wallet connections and authentication on the Platform. Privy may collect and process information about you, including your wallet address and authentication data, in accordance with their privacy policy. We encourage you to review Privy's privacy policy at https://privy.io/privacy.
Wallet Providers. If you use a third-party wallet to connect to the Platform, that wallet provider may share information with us in accordance with their privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Provide and Maintain the Platform. To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Platform.
Process Transactions. To facilitate transactions you initiate through the Platform.
Communicate with You. To send you updates, security alerts, and support messages, and to respond to your comments, questions, and requests.
Safety and Security. To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues, including investigating reports of applications or content that may violate our Terms of Service.

Enforce Our Terms. To enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
Analytics and Improvement. To understand how users interact with the Platform and to improve and develop new features and services.
Protect Rights. To protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, and the public.
3. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, and infrastructure services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Blockchain Networks. When you conduct transactions on the Platform, your wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the applicable public blockchain network and are visible to anyone. We have no control over information recorded on public blockchains.
RPC Providers. We use QuickNode and may use other RPC providers to interact with blockchain networks. These providers may have access to your wallet address and transaction data in connection with processing your requests.
Authentication Providers. We use Privy to facilitate wallet connections and authentication. Privy may receive your wallet address and related authentication data when you connect to the Platform.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency), including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Protection of Rights. We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you give us consent to do so.
Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, including Number Group LLC, for purposes consistent with this Policy.

Information recorded on public blockchain networks is permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.
7. International Data Transfers
The Platform is operated from the United States, and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
Access. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

This Policy does not apply to any third-party services, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and/or by other means as appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Blockchain-Specific Considerations
Public Nature of Blockchain Data. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are publicly recorded and permanently stored on the applicable blockchain network. Your wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible and cannot be deleted or modified by us or anyone else. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not within our control.
Pseudonymity, Not Anonymity. While your wallet address is not directly linked to your real-world identity, it is possible for third parties to analyze blockchain data and potentially correlate your wallet address with your identity through various means. You should not assume that your activities on the Platform are anonymous.
Immutability. Once information is recorded on a blockchain, it cannot be altered or deleted. Any tokens, applications, or content you create on the Platform may be permanently recorded on the blockchain.
13. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
